Corporate HRIS Director

General Description:  The Corporate HRIS Director is responsible for oversight of all USI HRIS systems and manages the Corporate HRIS function and employees. Responsibilities: Manage all member(s) of the Corporate HRIS team, including input into hires and terminations, performance management and goal setting. Responsible for the overall structure of all USI HR Information Systems, including relationship management, contract negotiation and project management. Oversee the primary vendor relationships, negotiate contract items, and ensure service level agreements are upheld. and ensure system effectiveness, training, communications and associated objectives are met or exceeded. Act as lead Project Manager for key HRIS initiatives. Direct team activities and participate where needed with project analysis activities, testing coordination, and completion. Identify developments and opportunities related to HRIS technology to ensure end users and the company takes advantage of new enhancements and improvements. Collaborate with HR Colleagues, Corporate employees, and other business leaders (internal and external) regarding USI strategic priorities (including acquisitions) that will have HRIS implications Complete special projects and analyses for SVP and CHRO, Corporate management members, legal or other corporate employees as needed. Increase employee efficiency and effectiveness by automating manual HR processes as well as supporting standardization of HR processes. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business or related area. 8-10 years of experience managing information systems and implementation projects, or related experience. Analytical ability to determine how to optimize systems and data to support business processes. Must be able to handle highly sensitive data with a high degree of confidentiality. Experience managing direct reports and third party vendor relationships. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel. Deep knowledge of HRIS systems, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits and Recruiting systems. Preferably also a working knowledge of Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, and Time Tracking systems. Ability to develop system roadmaps to plan out product upgrades and new functionality. Highly motivated, strong attention to detail and superior work ethic. Ability to interact with all levels within the organization. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
