Utilizes ADP Reporting and eTime Reports for continuous review, audit and analysis of payroll system activity. Operates as a subject matter expert and escalation point to resolve issues. Continuously looks for improvements in operational processes and designs to implement those initiatives. Supervises Payroll Coordinators and optimizes contribution of team through coaching and implementing workable solutions to business issues/problems. Conducts work planning, estimation and prioritization to optimize performance of team and works withPayroll Manager to define standards and reusable approaches for payroll operations. Assists with ADP systems administration. Manages internal/external customer relationships. External US Responsibilities: Supervise the Payroll Coordinator processing of regular customer payrolls accurately and on schedule.  Serve as primary customer contact for ADP EV5, eTime and employee portal information and issues.  Utilizes ADP Reporting and eTime Reports to analyze and auditpayroll system activity.  Manage Payroll Coordinator performance, implement development plans and facilitate regular calls andmeetings Handle escalated issues from Payroll Coordinators. Works with Payroll Manager on weekly auditing of all payroll processing prior to acceptance. Participate with Payroll Manager in developing annual team goals and objectives Develop department wide practices and audits and identify process improvement initiatives. Cover for team members in back-up role for vacation or high volume work efforts. Special projects as assigned byPayroll Manager. Serve as subject matter expert for customers on payroll related laws and regulations. Reconcile quarterly and annual payroll totals to ensure accurate W-2 processing. Required: High school diplomarequired, college degreepreferred 8+ years of payroll processing experience, 2+ years in a supervisory role. Experience in a shared services environment preferred. Working knowledge of ADP EV5 Payroll System & ADPR Report writing application. Working knowledge of ADP e-Time Time & Attendance application. Ability to effectively supervise team members and work as a member of that team Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow through to resolve outstanding issues.  Exceptional customer focus and the ability to build effective working relationships Ability to adapt to changing environment and support of multiple clients. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
