Asset Management Summer Intern I


The purpose of this Summer Internship is to provide college students with work experience in their chosen academic field.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the entire Asset Management team in various activities as needed, which can include:

Assisting with various day-to-day tasks with the Texas portfolio (400 MW solar) Identifying cost saving measures, as well as opportunities to enhance or maintain asset production Preparing asset reports summarizing operating and/or financial data Reviewing and summarizing contract compliance requirements

Gathering and reporting data and information for contract compliance and other purposes performing reviews, analysis and investigations as required to support to Asset Management oversight and administration also assisting in review and preparation of ROC operating reports summarizing key data and metrics as needed

Candidate will gain experience working and interacting with asset managers, asset analysts, engineers and senior management in performing regularly scheduled activities as well as one-off tasks. In general, the candidate can expect an opportunity to learn about solar and wind power generation technology, its contractual framework, and on-going oversight from operations, compliance and financial perspectives.


Excellent interpersonal skills Superior analytical abilities, detail-oriented Facility/aptitude to understand and interpret contracts preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Engineering, business, public policy, or math degree

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
