Sr. Specialist I, RCM Training (White Plains, NY)

Job Summary:

Collaborates with leadership to identify individual or group training needs, administers plans, procedures, and programs to meet training needs. Works as a trusted advisor for training and process improvement as it relates to the system in conjunction with the customer and end user needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with leadership to identify individual or group training needs, and administers plans, procedures, and programs to meet training needs.
  • Works as a trusted advisor for training and process improvement as it relates to the system in conjunction with the customer and end user needs.
  • Confers with leadership/clients/end-users on process solutions, offers beneficial alternatives.
  • Communicates with leadership/client management to conduct needs evaluation, and complies with instructional design and methodology standards in the design and development of effective curriculum and other training materials which meet, support, and incorporate the clients business needs, principles, objectives, strategies, and policies.
  • May work directly with a customer to develop the necessary education/training programs for a new systems application.
  • Develops and maintains an effective communication protocol for notifying key staff when changes are made to standard operating procedures.
  • Works with leadership to develop a strategic vision for the implementation or change process and how this vision will meet the needs of the client/end-user.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required.
  • Bachelors Degree (four-year college or technical school) or Work Equivalent, Field of Study: Industrial-organizational psychology, business administration, or related field.
  • Nextgen certified in EPM preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
