Senior Manager, Supply Chain

FUJIFILM North America Corporation is a marketing subsidiary of FUJIFILM Corporation in Tokyo, Japan that provides equipment, consumables and technical support to the graphic arts industry; digital photo processing equipment, technical support and fulfillment services for commercial and consumer customers; consumer digital cameras, and motion picture films. The company is comprised of five operating divisions: Photo Imaging Products; Graphic Systems Products; Electronic Imaging Products; Motion Picture Film Products; and Optical Devices.

We are hiring a Senior Manager, Supply Chain (internally known as Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management and Customer Service) for our beautifiul Valhalla, New York location. The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management and Customer Service will report to the Vice President of Finance &Operations and be responsible for overseeing the Supply Chain Management process, Packaging operations, and theEast & West Customer Service groups. They will direct the team in a manner that insures adequate inventory to supportcustomer demand while keeping inventory at reasonable levels. Product lines supported include Digital Cameras & Lenses, Instax Instant Cameras & Film, Commercial Photo Printers, Kiosks, Photo Paper, Inks & Chemicals, and Accessories. They will drive process improvements across the supported businesses and develop the skills of their direct reports in order to strengthen the organization and insureexcellent customer service.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management and Customer Service are 6 direct reports and approximately 20 indirect reports. The SeniorManager, Supply Chain Management and Customer Service will reinforce Fujifilm s leadership values by continuingthe transformation of the area into a customer focused, proactive operation that helps drive Fujifilm s business success.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the supply chain and customer service strategy and function for ID/EID/OD.
  • Develops operational systems and processes and leads implementation to improve supply chain and customer service efficiency
  • Leads the supply chain operations and customer service working in close collaboration with sales, International Staff, marketing and finance
  • Continually balances team workload to meet day to day business needs along with strategic business projects
  • Supervises he Packaging Manager & develops a plan for efficiently balancing packaging jobs between internal production and cost effective outside vendors.
  • Responsible for maintaining good customer relations through superb customer service
  • Balance demand and supply to meet customer requirements and achieve business inventory targets
  • Oversees team to develop & maintain operational forecasts by item, market segment and distribution center.
  • Lead monthly Supply Review Meetings with relevant teams at multiple manufacturing plantsto reconcile constrained and unconstrained plans
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to collect, determine impact and incorporate market Intelligence (i. e. competitive activity, retail trends and trade/consumer promotional activity) into product forecasts
  • Take ownership of customer s issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Strong communication with Scheduling, Distribution, Transportation and the Product Management team to ensure timely installation of equipment during roll outs.
  • Implement order processes to ensure orders are entered as prescribed by order templates,pricing and customer programs.

Requirements:

  • BA or BS Degree in Business or Related Field
  • Minimum of 7 years work experience in Operations/Supply chain management
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in ERP (SAP), Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Experienced cross functional team leader. Able to lead motivate others to meet and exceed targets
  • Proven track record of analytical thinking and efficient problem solving
  • Strategic thinker, with an ability to get things done
  • Pro-active approach and positive can do attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Demonstrates commitment to high professional ethical standards

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
