RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare Domestic and International Bills of Lading.
Package and process outgoing production and repair shipments. Process orders through UPS Worldship and FedEx ship Manger. Process int'l shipment through AES system.
Receive sales orders for stock items, pull parts from stock, create pick and pack list, package and ship.
Communicate with carriers regarding re-routes, expediting goods, discrepancies, and scheduling of pickups and deliveries.
Coordinate carrier rates with Corporate Supply Chain Management team.
Communicate with customs brokers and prepare appropriate paperwork. Monitor and resolve delays. Provide documents or information to the customs broker in order to get goods cleared. Ensure delays are communicated to appropriate sales and customer service personnel.
Inspect and verify incoming material and process Purchase Orders in Glovia. Inform relevant parties of condition of damaged items.
Load and unload daily pickups and deliveries.
Deliver incoming shipments to appropriate departments/locations. Process materials received into stock.
Issue shortages, pull work order kits, handle part request from production, handle inventory discrepancies, handle work order discrepancies, and complete work orders
Prepare and follow up on damage claims with carriers and customers.
Organize and maintain Shipping and Receiving areas.
Assist Customer Service Repair department as needed.
Proactively seek improvements to processes and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED
3
years shipping / receiving experience
Basic computer and mathematical skills
Ability to understand, follow and oversee implementation of safety procedures
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Forklift certification strongly preferred
IAATA (Hazardous Materials) Certification a plus
Working Conditions
Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to:
safety eye glasses, hearing protectors, work boots and hardhats. Loose fitting clothing and jewelry are not permittedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
