Payroll Specialist

Payroll Specialist CFS is partnering with a local health care organization who is seeking a full-time Payroll Specialist who will contribute to the processing of electronic payroll and time and attendance data using ADP Workforce Now and E-time advanced scheduler. This position will perform proper and accurate payroll codification of employee wages and pay and assist timekeepers with proper payroll pay policies and procedures as well as review entries in time and attendance system for accuracy.Why this company?- Great Benefits

match! Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist:
A minimum of an Associate's degree from an accredited college or university is required Bachelor's degree is preferred. Proficiency in ADP Work Force Now and E-time advance scheduler. ADP Certified is a plus. A minimum of 2-3 years' practical experience in payroll processing and time and attendance systems. Excel experience is required. Experience in payroll processing and time and attendance systems. Experience in human resources and healthcare a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate sensitive situations, collaborate as well as work independently. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
