The role of the Onboarding Support Specialist will focus on supporting our continued growth across our sales channel.
Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment to ensure we bring a pleasant onboarding experience to our merchants.
This role will work with our operations team, the Onboarding Manager and various department.
Attention to detail and follow-through is extremely important to this role.

Primary job duties:
Enroll Payment and Product Orders in various platforms Review agreements and validate data efficiently.
Communicate effectively with sales leaders and managers on timelines.
Conduct customer outreach on any additional questions or data requests.
Demonstrate strong abilities in time management and attention to detail Effectively manage time and prioritize day to day to meet our SLA's.
Collaborate cross functionally Communicate daily with team members and management Work on special projects as needed For all full-time employees, we offer:

Qualifications:
Minimum three (3) years of merchant and/or payment experience in the financial, ISO or agent environment Good communication skills, both written and verbal Solid organizational and time management skills High motivation and attention to detail Efficiency and ability to take ownership of results About Us:
