Position Overview As a Revenue Intelligence Analyst at Rectangle Health, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and enhancing revenue performance.
Leveraging your expertise in data analysis, Salesforce, and strategic thinking, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover insights, optimize processes, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Conduct in-depth data analysis using advanced Excel skills, uncovering trends, and providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Utilize Salesforce expertise to collaborate with internal Revenue Enablement and Revenue Operations teams, ensuring accurate and efficient data management within the CRM system.
Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards, using Powerpoint to visualize and present the conclusions.
Work closely with the sales team to optimize pricing models, discount structures, and customer segmentation to maximize revenue streams.
Collaborate with various departments including sales, marketing, client care, and product to provide analysis across the customer life cycle.
Collaborate with finance teams to create accurate revenue forecasts and budgets based on historical data and market trends.
Document and communicate analysis methodologies, data sources, and key assumptions, ensuring transparency and consistency across the organization.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Revenue Analyst or in a similar role.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint for data analysis and reporting.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce and experience collaborating with Revenue Enablement and Revenue Operations teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
