Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments - Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms - File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners - Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports - Develop and maintain a filing system - Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers - Maintain contact lists - Provide general support to visitors
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Job Types:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
