Summary:
Provide administrative support for the Advanced Clinical Recruitment team and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure an efficient working environment within the network.
Responsibilities:
Maintain reports for agency Physicians and Adanced Practice Providers across the health network.
Manage the schedule for the agency clinicians based on the department leaderships coverage needs.
Establish and maintain relationships with locums agency contacts and act as the HR liason for the departments.
Identify, coordinate and schedule events.
Support Recruitment in establishing strategic partnerships with schools, educational institutions and professionals, and community.
Research opportunities for recruitment to collaborate and maintain good working relationships with program directors from identified schools and universities.
Help expand existing outreach programs.
Recruit participants in programs, events, professional development offerings, and other activities Assist with special projects and events related to recruitment.
Promotes and maintains relationships with external candidate sourcing venues such as educational institutions, associations, programs, hospitals, and networking with other health care centers.
Creates and maintains relationships with optimal candidates to enhance our applicant pool for future openings.
Communicates professionally and timely with colleagues, business clients and candidates.
Develops sourcing strategies including marketing campaigns, career event planning, internal referral sources and database management.
Utilizes recruitment resources including, but not limited to, social media, external job boards, and personal networking.
Identify fresh candidates using creative recruiting strategies, make calls to prospective and existing candidates Identify leads for the ACR recruitment team Posts jobs using multiple sourcing techniques to identify qualified active and passive applicants.
Identifies from an experienced selection of optimal candidates, the targeted compensation and appropriate credentials for the healthcare providers.
Schedule interviews and support the recruitment team Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience:
2 - 3 years of administrative experience in an office setting.
Education:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Associate's degree preferred.
Licenses / Certifications:

Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
